I'm thinking fux0r means standing.
Therefore this difficult to do well even with Seed seedbox 10Gb and 1Gb Download Uploading.

On the notes, are very unfair he does not deserve nor 9 speed and much less content.

If you look by having Free I agree, but the fact that it is difficult to Upload this tense, because the few active members.

fux0r has an IRC seed bonus. Just get a bouncer, connect to the network, and your upload total will increase for every hour you idle in their main channel. As long as you aren't downloading huge site rips all the time, you should be fine.
