Proxy or VPN are NOT allow for registration!!

 

Hi dear user,

Since we open the registration, some stupid user are using VPN or proxy to register and we have ban them, we already put the notice on our registration page both are not allow but some still using it! If we caught more, we will close registration early then we expect.
