Besttorrents is a ratio-based new general tracker. First thing you notice on this tracker is a very nice design. It stands out right away. Even though BT is a Romanian tracker, everything is translated into English. Announcements are written in Romanian and English and are displayed side by side. There is some sections which are only in Romanian. However, I don't think English speaking users loose too much here. Browse page features the latest torrents, again nicely designed. If you wondering how hard it is to maintain a good ratio, well you need not to worry. They also provide freeleech content which can help you to keep up the good ratio.

Besttorrents tracks over 5K torrents, which is good number I'd say and they are also adding 100 torrents everybody so you can imagine how many torrents would be there after one month.There is a bit of info about that torrent's show, in Romanian, see torrent page screenshot below. 

Forums are quite active and threads are all in a English. Besttorrents is the best new tracker because it's known mostly for the Staff-Users relationship, The tracker is opened for everybody so anyone can sign up for that. This is the only Romanian tracker which supports English.
