It was with much sadness that we found out today that our beloved Knot passed away on May 11th, due to ongoing heart issues.

Knot was deeply committed to the success of AvistaZ. She generously gave literally thousands of members kind and thoughtful help over the past 10 years. If she saw a someone was struggling, she would often message them with help without waiting for them to ask. 

Her kindness, friendship, and unique sense of humor will be missed by all.
