 2021.04.17 - 服务器恢复运行 | Server is BACK

4月5日凌晨，u2服务器所在机房备用电源系统突发火灾并被迅速扑灭，但自动灭火系统似乎用的是水（而非更适用于此场景的二氧化碳），造成了机房部分服务器受潮。随后当地消防部门赶到并出于谨慎切断了全楼电源（包括运行良好的主电源系统），导致u2服务器离线。

目前原机房仍在修复进程中，管理组在和原服务商反复沟通的过程中已经失去耐心，目前切换了服务商并由离线前3小时的备份重建服务器上线。

1. 账号连续不登录自动禁用期限从90天提高到120天。这一措施将保持至少30天，并将在之后随时无通知恢复。
2. 由于近期全站收入为0，邀请价格已经降至最低可能值。
3. 管理组已经释放为期7天的全站2xfree魔法
4. 发送/购买邀请所需的用户等级由 宅护法 调整至宅传教士（下调1级）

In April 5th, part of the backup power supply system of the building where u2 server located in caught a small fire and soon be controlled by fire suppression system. The system, unfortunately, seems uses water (instead of CO2, which is more suited for this case). Some servers in the building suffered from water damage. The local fire department arrived and cut both power system (including the well working main power supply) as precaution, which caused u2 to be offline.

The service provider is still repairing the damage occurred, and staff team has lose patience during the communication process. Now we switched to another service provider and u2 is back online using a backup 3 hours before when it turned offline.

1. Account inactivity auto ban limit was raised from 90 days to 120 days. This will keep for at least 30 days and may rollback at any time after this without notice.
2. Since recent global income is 0, invite price was lowered to lowest possible value.
3. Staff team casted a 7-day 2xfree sitewide magic.
4. User class required for purchase/send invites were lowered from Veteran User to Insane User (lowered by 1 level)
