About this assessment has several instructions :

as you can see that on the assessment instruction number 4, as per their new userclass zettabyte and above are exempted from taking year ending assessments.

Eligibility to reach that userclass is you need to have a total  download  amount of  1.5Terabyte  &  upload  amount  >5.25TB /ratio  above 3.5  & u must have to be a member there for full  24 weeks  counting from the day of registration. But they also stated this may also get included in assessment may be if you get to stay in this userclass for over an year or two you still may get to take the assessment. thats why they have stated not conclusive about the assessment in their faqs(see screenshot below).

 

So next userclass which is  Yottabyte  in which you won't have to get any assessments after all. Which you can reach by downloading 2TB and keeping ratio >3.5 & have to be member for a minimum of 24 weeks.
