We have made some changes to the ratio requirements for promotion and demotion within user classes.

The old requirements were as follows: Member: Required ratio for promotion 0.7, drops back to User when ratio is equal to or below 0.65. Power User and higher: Required ratio for promotion 1.05, drops back to member when ratio drops below 0.95.

The new requirements are as follows: Any class above User: Required ratio of 0.65 for promotion, drops to User when ratio equal to or below 0.60.

We hope these changes will both allow more users to reach higher user classes and enable members in those higher classes to utilise more of their download.
