Ubuntu Server Help!

I have a server, running ubuntu.
I connect to it via Terminal [PuttY].
The thing is that I use it for LTC mining.
I use CPU Miner but, when I close the PuttY window, the CPUMiner also closes.
Is there any way to keep the CPU Miner running?
