I've used Xirvik for some years now and really rate them. At the mo I'm using a shared seedbox just for 1 month which is $18 you get 50GB choice of 5 locations, unlimited traffic, web interface I use Rutorrent but you can also use wtorrent, rtgui, avalanche.
