Nebulance Gazelle

After much ado about nothing I have decided to publish the Nebulance fork of Gazelle.
I am also actively seeking to recruit anyone that is prepared to help develop the code even further.
If you are interested you may contact me for more details.
However, you will need to be adept in the following:

PHP 5.6 minimum
MariaDB 10.1.44 minimum
C ++ nice to have but not essential
