HDWinG formerly known as HDChina is a Chinese based High-Definition tracker which do all kinds of movies, TV shows, Documentaries etc. Forced to shut down earlier, they came back surprisingly last year with old data base, probably located outside china. They used to be the top rated HD tracker. Now they seem got their resources  and old members they are on full swing and back to its old glory. The contents are immense with over 62,000 torrents, pretimes are as good as CHD. If you are into encoding/your personal home theater needs, this site will serve your needs.

Ratio maintaining is quite easy as most internal releases are free(limited time), 50%,30% download count only and also bonus exchange enables its much easier.
