UGC! MasterChief needs your help!!

It's hard to bring a site like UGC back to former glory, MasterChief can't do it alone!

We need developers, support staff, and uploaders.. And we need them now.

There are a lot of improvements we'd like to make to UGC but without your help it won't happen.
