Text Description Rules Updated

The Text Description Rules have had a slight overhaul. The rules themselves are pretty much unchanged. What has been changed is the examples to show what is, and is not an acceptable description.

These much better reflect what is expected now compared to the old rules. Hopefully this helps both new and old uploaders when trying to write descriptions.
