I know when I use to be on many sites I hated getting the numerous pms asking for donations.

Now that I am responsible for keeping numerous site up and running and also the certificates domains and numerous other costs I see it from a slightly different view.

I try my hardest not to send these out and only when I see I am having personal financial issue which makes it hard to pay the rent .

DO NOT think we will die without the donations.We will not even if I personally go into debt my friends.
