HARDWARE ISSUES



The hardware issues leading to our downtime are still ongoing, the CPU in the main database server is currently hovering around the 95oC mark and as such is going in and out of thermal throttle. We've opened a support ticket and are awaiting service, we do not yet know how long this will take or when it will be resolved. More downtime, slowness or instability is to be expected in the mean time.

Fan controller has been replaced and we're back online.
