Roadshow Films to deploy Linius anti-piracy solution

Video solutions company Linius Technology is to provide Roadshow Films, a division of Village Roadshow, with an anti-piracy solution for its patented video virtualisation engine.

Under the agreement IBM will coordinate the design and integration of the Linius VVE anti-piracy solution with existing Roadshow Films infrastructure.

The Linius VVE anti-piracy solution will be deployed on selected premium video content from studio production to the retail platform, for an initial 12-month term.

And the initial content will comprise a 6-part TV mini-series produced by Roadshow Films, with a targeted launch date of early Q1 2018 of the program in Australia.
