After ‘Velaiilla Pattadhari’ (VIP 2) which was hit by piracy and the full movie leaked online, the latest victim of notorious piracy act is the Telugu movie ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’ (NRNM) starring Rana Daggubati.

Piracy seems to be a serious issue for filmmakers, as every movie that is releasing these days is being pirated onto internet either before the release like ‘Udta Punjab’ and ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’ or after its release like ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’ and ‘LIE’ both of which released only last week.

According to reports, the full movie was leaked by a group of Tamil miscreants just after days of its release worldwide. The website which hosts this movie offers six different versions of quality for the movie. The movie which is doing well at the box office with crossing $120k mark at the US box office, and earning Rs 3.72 crores on the day of its release in India will be affected by the piracy. People who spend money to watch movies would be excited to watch it for free which is enabling the popularity of this site and encouraging illegal downloads for the movie.

Reports suggest that the pirated version is not a HD quality video, but rather is poor in quality and seems to have been recorded on a mobile phone camera. The sound quality is not good either as the voice of cine-goers seem to overpower the sound of the movie.

Till now, the movie has earned a whooping Rs 13.40 crores at the box office worldwide in two days. But, it seems the box office run of the movie would be adversely affected by the piracy. The movie is a political thriller directed by Teja and tells the story of Jogendra played by Rana Daggubati.
