OurBits立志于为用户提供丰富、优质的资源，经过一段时间的发展，我们已经成立了各组，现需面向广大会员招募工作组成员以壮大队伍。招募对象包括DIY组、Remux组、Encode组、Web-DL组成员。

我们可以提供：
1. 温馨的讨论、学习氛围。工作是交给机器做的，平时我们可以讨论技术，也可以闲聊吹水扯淡撒欢。
2. 丰厚的站点福利。无实物回报，但是根据发布情况，每月会有相应的奖励，包括但不限于魔力值、邀请码、勋章等。
3. 拥有管理组成员Uploader身份，可以无须候选直接上传资源。
4. 优先晋升管理的快捷通道，或者退休后的养老组、VIP待遇。

我们的要求：
1. 对OurBits有归属感，愿意共同建设我们的网站。
2. 对PT资源的制作感兴趣，能够积极学习，每天至少有两小时在线时间，拒绝三分钟热度。
3. 能够稳定工作至少六个月，期间请假时间不得超过三分之一，且工作期按照请假时间顺延。
4. 有组织意识，能够服从安排，按时完成分配的任务。
5. 不能在其他小组兼职。

申请方式：
1. 请务必在加群之前将自己的个人情况发送到邮箱：1013118758@qq.com，包括：
1.1 电脑处理器型号。压制组要求处理器为i7或以上。
1.2 上传带宽。所有组要求上传带宽不低于10Mbps。
1.3 每天的在线时间。
1.4 硬盘存储空间。
1.5 其他个人说明。
2. 加入QQ群：529704084，申请信息为：申请组+个人ID，例如DIY+admin。
3. 加群之后会有人安排学习。

申请之后会有一段学习和试用期，请认真对待。
