Starting from now, invitation system will open for 12 hrs. Members can redeem invite using bonus. Limit 3 invitations per member. New members are required to finish newbie task within 30 days. Deadline for newbie task will extend if there is any site maintenance. 
Newbie task requirement:

         Download/upload buffer 35GB for each, 5000 seeding bonus, ratio larger or equal to 3.
