For the time* we are allowing web series that are date safe to be uploaded. They must be produced by a recognized major web distributor and/or production company. Professional productions that were independently distributed, or crowdfunded series, etc would need to be cleared in C&E first.

We are not interested in low-budget independent productions because there's a site for that sort of thing called YouTube. If it doesn't have production values equal to that of modern terrestrial/cable television then we do not want. Do NOT upload "Sheldon's Fun with Flags" that was filmed in a basement in Hackensack, New Jersey for a handful of change! When in doubt ask in Customs & Excise.   • Web series are bound by all current rules (meaning no reality TV, anime, etc).
  • Web series means they must be episodic, we are not allowing movies or one-offs.
  • If you believe an independent series has enough production value/artistic merit to be worth an exemption then make a case for it in C&E.
  • When in doubt ask in C&E
