Saturdays are usually reserved for Netflix, breakfast sandwiches, and trying to recount what happened the night before. They're also for campaigning and surprising a bunch of unsuspecting college kids — if you're Miley Cyrus, that is.

Miley — donning her own version of a patriotic ensemble, which involved a cartoonish, bright blue top affixed with a giant bow and a big red heart, along with some fluffy headgear — knocked on a bunch of doors in the dorms of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Her mission: To campaign for Hillary Clinton and stress how important it is to get out and vote on November 8.

The college kids are absolutely thrilled — and shocked — to see her, but as soon as the screams and cheers die down, Miley's direct with them: In the clip below, the students mention that one of their roommates isn't around, on today of all days. Miley's answer? That doesn't get her out of voting.

To everyone who was trying to study at GMU this afternoon, sorry: Democracy calls. Bet you didn't think it'd show up in the form of Miley, though.
