If you get a warning about Hit n Run's (HnR's) you need to look at your snatched torrent list and make sure ALL torrents are seeded per the sites rules.
All torrent, even if you use a freeleech, must be seeded for at least 72 hours within 6 days or at least to a ratio of 1 to 1.  Which ever comes first will meet the requirements.

On the right hand side of your torrent list is the HnR column.  If it says YES in red then it is a HnR.  If it says Warned you already have been popped for it. Take another look at the seeded time column. If it say anything less then 3 days without hitting a ratio of 1 to 1 then it is a HnR.

Lastly, you can clear all current HnR's using your Bonus Points. It take 100,000 points but it must be done before you're warned.  After is too late!!

It is your responsibility to track your torrents.

If you've had your download rights disabled because of HnR's it is also your responsibility to contact staff once the HnR's have been resolved to get your download rights back.
