A member is required to meet the below criteria in order to avoid H & R warning from the system:

a. Minimum seeding ratio required for each torrent: 0.4
b. Minimum seed time for each individual torrent: 10 hours
c. Maximum tolerance in days for completed torrents and not seeding: 1 day
d. Upload punishment in MB from the total upload amount: 250 MB
e. Hit & Runners will be banned for 2 days
f. Hit & Runners will be visible to all members for 15 days
g. 3 Hit & Runs and the system will ban the member immediately.

We urge members to keep seeding, after you finished your download, so that others also can enjoy.
