Rule changes

Hello everybody,

we've been working on getting the page active again for the past week and as a result of that we are also changing some of the rules. I'd also like to announce that, as part of the rule changes, hit and run is now officially prohibited on this page.

Don't hit and run.
Anyone who hit and runs (disconnects from the torrent as soon as download is completed), may be banned permanently without warning, regardless of your user class. This applies to all torrents, Free Leech or not.

Donations won't exclude you from ratio restrictions anymore, even if the donation page still states this. We cannot change it at the moment.

Most notable changes:
- site rules (a few additions)
- downloading rules (changed completely)
- uploading rules (added "what kind of releases are allowed?", minimum resolution, screenshot rule and a torrent title rule)
- ratio & stats (changed minimum ratio, donators or staff are not excluded from ratio restrictions)
- added internal releases faq chapter (everything you need to know about LiGHTSPEED releases)

We aim to be a torrent tracker with high quality content (and no, that doesn't include smcgill's F1 uploads even though they are "1080p50".)

Please take a look at the new rules, as they will take effect from now on. There might be more changes in the near future, in which case we'll keep you updated with this post.
