Rule updates

Greetings, fellow JPTV lovers!

Thank you for all of the discussion regarding the initial rule set posted last week. Based on your feedback we've made several modifications, most notably:

The threshold for a ban based on active HnR warnings has been increased from 3 to 100 (See: HnR Warnings)
FAQ explaining HnR has been added (See: FAQ)
Naming guidelines for dual language titles has been added (See: Title Languages (and Dual Titles)) As mentioned in the previous post, the rules are now effective, but so far there have been no issues. 

Thank you for your support and cooperation! If you have any additional questions or concerns please let us know in the thread below.

P.S. There are several exciting announces coming in the days ahead. Stay tuned for more!
