not sure with that terrible translation, but they stated some how will open up for members , whether open or invite not sure, from what i see those who pass the current assessment (its easy one can pass may be in one day as its only 10Gb download and 20Gb Upload and no bonus) will get to stay and get invites and can invite. I think they are being careful this time as they messed up ChinaHDTV aka CNHD big time by open regs too many times letting many bad users in, lot of pass key leaks , admin/sysop account hack, donations rerouted etc, so they may be careful,states when reach 15000 they will close again, now they have over 6500 members. So they only set to grow step by step

May be they open reg. I can't be sure as of  that senseless google translate, lets wait couple of days and see, may be they will come up with more understanding news
