Esto viene de hace ya varios meses y hemos hablado de ello en varios hilos, pero por si acaso alguno no sabe de que va la cosa, os hago un pequeño resumen:

Antiguamente, en DVDQuorum y PlanetQ, la mayoría de usuarios que tenían avatar, tenían imágenes personalizadas. Algunas de ellos hechas por el usuario en cuestión y otras hechas por alguno de los grandes diseñadores que tenemos en la web. (La mayoría creo que hechos por el maestro de los avatares, es decir, @JuanPa ).

Dentro de la web había unos pocos avatares que se podían elegir, para los que no sabían como hacerse un avatar personalizado. Pero eran muy pocos y además eran muy pequeños y mal hechos.

Desde que JuanPa entró en ZonaQ, empezó otra vez a hacer avatares personalizados para el que se lo pedía y además hizo un montón de avatares para colocarlos en la web, en la zona del perfil de cada uno donde dice "Escoger un avatar de la galería", para que los eligieran los que no saben hacer avatares personalizados y les da corte pedirle a otro que se lo haga.

El problema empezó cuando hubo bastantes usuarios que escogían los mismos avatares de la web que ya habían elegido otros usuarios.

Empezamos a encontrarnos con hilos del foro en los que había 2 usuarios hablando uno con el otro y los 2 con el mismo avatar (lo que queda bastante ridículo).

He llegado a encontrar avatares que los habían elegido hasta 15 usuarios (lo que es mucho más ridículo si cabe).

En ese momento pedimos que por favor, los que vieran que habían cogido un avatar que ya lo tenía otro usuario, se pusieran de acuerdo amigablemente con ese otro usuario para ver quién se quedaba con ese avatar y quién se lo cambiaba.

También avisamos que yo estaba haciendo un programa que evitaría que nadie pudiera elegir un avatar que ya estuviera siendo usado y que en cuanto lo tuviera terminado, el programa eliminaría de forma automática todos los avatares dobles.

Hará unas 3 semanas, al poco de abrir las puertas de Q3 y de que entraran un montón de nuevos usuarios, me envió JuanPa otros 50 avatares más para que los metiera junto con los que ya había en las galerías de avatares de la web.

Pero le respondí, que mientras no tuviera terminado este programa que estaba haciendo, era un poco tontería ponerlos, pues la mayoría de los nuevos se iban directamente a elegir otra vez los mismos avatares repetidos que ya habían elegido otros usuarios.

Por fin esta mañana he terminado el programa, por lo que ahora, al entrar en "Escoger un avatar de la galería" te sale sólo la lista de los avatares que nadie ha elegido todavía. Los avatares que ya están elegidos, directamente no salen en la lista.

De esta forma se evita la tentación de elegir un avatar que ya tiene otro usuario.

Además, claro está, he añadido los 50 avatares nuevos que me mandó JuanPa hace 3 semanas.

Y además, el programa ha ido comprobando en toda la base de datos uno a uno los avatares que tenía puesto cada usuario y cada vez que ha encontrado un avatar que había sido elegido por 2 ó más usuarios, ha mirado a ver quién lo había elegido antes (para dejarle el avatar en su sitio a ese usuario) y ha borrado los avatares de los que los habían elegido después.

About 3 weeks ago, shortly after opening the doors of Q3 and entering a lot of new users, JuanPa sent me another 50 avatars to get them together with those already in the avatars galleries of the web.

But I replied that as long as I did not finish this program I was doing, it was a bit silly to put them, because most of the new ones were going directly to choose again the same repeated avatars that had already chosen other users.

At last this morning I finished the program, so now, when entering "Choose an avatar of the gallery" you get only the list of avatars that nobody has chosen yet. The avatars that are already chosen, do not directly appear on the list.

This avoids the temptation to choose an avatar that already has another user.

Also, of course, I added the 50 new avatars that JuanPa sent me 3 weeks ago.

And in addition, the program has been checking in the database one by one the avatars that had each user and every time he has found an avatar that had been chosen by 2 or more users, has looked to see who had chosen Before (to leave the avatar on your site to that user) and deleted the avatars of those who had chosen them later.
