Confirmation email not necessary to login, have you tried logging in because i didn't face any issues in using the site despite confirmation, and many sites don't require one after signup, but if you still insist that you only use sites which send confirmation link you can try clicking send confirmation again option in there login page and any issues in logging in/ or you definitely need a confirmation link, they also have a help box in login page post your issues there, hope they might be able to resolve it as am not the admin of that site
