Hi, used to have an empornium account till une year and an half more or less.
Since one day (i think during the lockdown but maybe more) i was no more able to login.
The sistem told me i wrote the wrong password, but even if i start the password renewal steps, nothing happens. Sincerely, i dont remember the account. for this kind of sites i dont use my official accounts so maybe i forgot it or the account was shut down due to inactivity, but the account existed for a lot of time.
Is it possible to reactivate it or, if not, how do i get a new account?
