+1 to what sayyem has posted - I have found their customer support to be spot on - If you are on an opposite continent you will have to wait for the timezones to sync, but usually within 8 hours your issue has been replied to.
I have a little larger account - SB 3 1900 GiB disk 10 Gbps up/down link 15 TiB traffic for € 35 / month but I don't see this as a con persee
